It will take 1- 2 days to process your order. Even if you select 1 day shipping include the processing time. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has shipped.

Please be sure to double check your mailing address before you submit your order. In any chance that your tracking information says delivered, but you still do not have your package, please double check your mailing address. Check for any safe spots where the order may have been left around your home. Double check your mail box. Also, be sure to check with your neighbors. If you are still not able to find your package. Please send us an email.

Return/ Exchanges

After receiving your hair and you are not satisfied with your order you have up to three days to contact our customer service with your concerns. We will accommodate exchanges and returns of our wigs and extensions that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cut. This is a strict policy any signs of the hair being altered will result in no refund or exchange. Your refund will be processed after the hair is inspected.
